After your abstract is accepted by the referees, the acceptance letter will be sent via email within 5 days.
Full text is not mandatory. If you want to send full text, please submit it by MARCH 23, 2025 via email to congresscurrent@gmail.com

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PROCESS

​

  1. Please submit your abstract to congresscurrent@gmail.com by MARCH 19, 2025

  2. The acceptable word range for the abstract is 150 – 1000 words. The letter of acceptance or rejection of your abstract, will be sent to you within 3 days after the blind referee method

    • Times new roman

    • 11 pt

    • Name Surnames, Affiliation, Email addresses of all authors

    • At least 3 keywords

    • Bibliography APA Style https://apastyle.apa.org/

  3. We encourage you to send informative abstract (complete abstract) which is a compendious summary of a paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.

  4. Submit well before the submission deadline in order to be eligible for Early Bird rates to reserve your seats for the conference.

  5. Your abstract will undergo a double-blind peer review 3 days after its receipt. The International Scientific Committee will review your paper. The Conference Chair will head the Committee and the final decisions about the abstracts will be given at this meeting.

  6. Acceptance or rejections of the paper will be sent to you with reviewer comments. If the paper is required to be revised, the revised paper is needed to be sent back within 3 days.

FULL-TEXT SUBMISSION PROCESS

​

  1. If your abstract is accepted and you have paid the registration fee for the Congress, you are encouraged to submit your full text before MARCH 23, 2025

  2. Final manuscripts must be sent to  congresscurrent@gmail.com

  3. We accept the submission of high quality papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, experimental and theoretical work or research in all of the areas mentioned. Submission of a manuscript implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  4. The full manuscript must be submitted as an MS Word document in .doc format (not as a PDF or .docx format) and named with the author’s abstract number and name.

  5. If the paper requires revisions after review, we will send it back to you with comments and you must send the corrected paper within one week.

  6. The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.

  7. The publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation.

  8. Congress proceedings book will be publish on MARCH 30, 2025

SUBMISSION LANGUAGE
 

  1. The Congress languages are English, Turkish and German. Please submit your papers in one of these languages.

  2. Papers other than English should include abstracts in English.

     

FEE & PAYMENT
 

  1. Our congress is open to studies to be sent from all fields and

  2. There is no congress fee (payment) for foreign participants who participate via ZOOM except Turkey and Azerbaijan.

  3. ​Other countries are covered by foreign sponsors.​

  4. Azerbaijan participant fees are: 1 paper: 35 AZN
    2 Papers and more: 50 AZN
    * While our participants who will participate online can participate with a maximum of 4 papers, a quota is set for our participants who will attend face-to-face with a maximum of 2 papers.
    ** In order for our congress to be held face to face, the determined quota must be filled.
    *** Pricing is made on the basis of papers.
    **** Accommodation is not included in the price determined above for our researchers who will participate face-to-face.

Our congress will be held ONLINE via ZOOM and face to face in İzmir. ZOOM details and congress program will be sent 1 day before the congress.​
